How long does it take to get started?+
Most workshops are scanning within an afternoon. Import your spreadsheet (or skip it and scan shelves as you touch them), print labels for anything unlabeled, and the system builds itself around how you actually work.
Does my team need training?+
The floor view has three big actions: scan, move, count. If someone can use a self-checkout, they can use Itemra. The deeper features — automations, approvals, reports — live in the console for whoever runs the stockroom.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
It's yours. Export everything at any time, and when you leave we delete on a schedule you can verify — the same discipline we apply to our own retention promises.
Can Itemra talk to my other systems?+
Yes — a versioned public API with sandbox keys, outbound webhooks, and an integration event feed. If your shop system can call a URL, it can stay in sync with your stock.
